On February 11, 2024, Caroline L. Reutter School commemorated the 100th day of school with a special day of festivities and educational activities. This momentous occasion not only celebrated the 100th day of school but also recognized the 1,000th day of school for our fifth graders. To mark this special occasion, the school organized various activities and events to celebrate and commemorate this significant milestone.
One of the highlights of the 100th day of school celebration was the dress up day, where students were encouraged to dress up as if they were 100 years old. This provided an opportunity for students to showcase their creativity and imagination. Teachers also joined in the fun by dressing up in costume to match the theme. The hallways were adorned with decorations that further added to the excitement of the day. In addition to dressing up, students also enjoyed some delicious festive treats.
The 100th day of school provided an exciting opportunity for students to engage in instructional activities that focused on the concept of 100. Teachers planned hands-on activities that challenged students to think critically and practice their math skills.
